These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChatRwD, an AI-powered Bible study assistant provided by Rivasyst (“we,” “us,” or “our”), available on the web at chatrwd.appand as a mobile application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ChatRwD uses artificial intelligence to provide biblically-grounded responses drawing on Scripture and the teachings of Pastor Daniel Mesa. The Service is provided for personal study and educational purposes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Use automated means to access the Service or scrape its content without our permission.
  • Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or omissions. While the Service is designed to ground its answers in Scripture and Pastor Daniel Mesa’s teachings, AI output is not a substitute for your own study of the Bible, prayer, or guidance from qualified spiritual or professional advisors. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Rivasyst and protected by applicable laws. Scripture and the underlying teaching content remain the property of their respective owners and are used to provide the Service. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to operate the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, authentication, hosting, and infrastructure providers). Your use of those providers’ features may also be subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or others.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivasyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
